About me

My name is Martin Repka. I work as a coach — I accompany people who carry responsibility for others and want to do it with more clarity and calm.

How I work

Coaching is not about advice. It is a space where you can think out loud — without pressure, without judgement, without needing to have the answer right away. My job is not to tell you what to do. It is to help you hear what you already know.

I hold conversations that are slow on purpose. Good decisions rarely come from a hurry. Most of the time they only need a little silence and someone listening closely.

Who I work with

Most often I work with people who lead teams — founders, managers, specialists who have found themselves, for the first time, in a role that is about others. What they share is the sense that outwardly everything works, yet inwardly something feels unsteady.

You do not have to be in a crisis for coaching to matter. Often it is most useful precisely when things are going well — and you want to keep it that way, a little more consciously.

A little about me

I came to this work through years in leadership, where I made my own mistakes and learned from them slowly. Today I believe we learn the most when we allow ourselves not to know.

When I am not working, I walk for a long time, read more than I can finish, and try to live by what I write.
